3. Q: How can I get the quotation?

A: Please send more details, such as material, shape, color, size, application, quantity, quality, and special demand etc. That may be helpful for us to offer the 

4. Q: Can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check.

5. Q: What’s your delivery time?

A: For the inventory stones, we can arrange shipment within 1day. If the stones are out of stock, we need about 3~7days to finish the production. But the exact delivery time might be different for special orders

6. Q: How does your factory regarding quality control

A: We have 15 production processes,9 inspection processes,5 experienced QC,every gemstone has its quality assurance.

 7. Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, .we accept refund or return back if any quality problem within one week after customers received the products.
