How to Choose the Right Gold Ring
Buying a gold ring online means trusting a process you can't see — which is why we publish exactly how ours are made. Every ring on this page is cast and finished in our own workshop, the same facility we showcased at JCK Las Vegas, so the karat stamped inside your ring is the karat we poured.
Gold Purity: 10k vs 14k vs 18k
10k gold (41.7% pure) is the most durable and budget-friendly option, ideal for rings worn daily. 14k gold (58.3% pure) is the most popular choice in the US and UK — a balance of durability and richer color. 18k gold (75% pure) has the deepest, warmest tone and is best for occasion pieces or anyone prioritizing color over scratch-resistance.
Solid Gold vs Plated vs Vermeil
Solid gold is gold alloy all the way through. Vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. Plated is a thin layer of gold over base metal. All rings in this collection are solid gold — there is no core metal underneath, so the color won't wear off or fade.
Finding Your Size
We size in US, UK, and EU standards. If you're ordering online for the first time, use our printable ring sizer or measure an existing ring you already own — we recommend sizing at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
Gold Rings: Frequently Asked Questions
14k gold is the most popular choice for everyday wear. It's more scratch-resistant than 18k while still holding richer color than 10k, making it a practical middle ground for rings worn daily, like stacking bands and signet rings.
No. Solid gold rings don't tarnish or discolor skin the way gold-plated or costume jewelry can, because there's no base metal exposed underneath to oxidize. This applies to all karats — 10k, 14k, and 18k — since the alloy is solid gold throughout.
Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own that fits the intended finger, or use a printable ring sizer at home. We offer sizing in US, UK, and EU standards, and most styles are available half-size up or down.
Yes. As a working OEM/ODM manufacturer, we accept custom design requests and wholesale/bulk orders in addition to individual retail pieces — a service most gold ring retailers aren't equipped to offer.
