If your ring size may change over time, or if you want a band you can wear comfortably for decades, half eternity is the more practical choice.
14K Gold vs. 18K Gold
Gold purity affects both the look and the durability of your ring. 14K gold (58.3% pure gold) is more affordable and more resistant to everyday scratches and dents, making it a strong choice for a ring worn daily. 18K gold (75% pure gold) has a richer, deeper color and a higher resale and intrinsic value, but is comparatively softer.
