Your designs are entirely yours. We sign a mutual NDA and design-exclusivity agreement before any CAD work begins. We never reproduce, resell, or share your designs with any third party. All CAD files, renders, and production data created for your project remain your intellectual property. We are a manufacturer, not a competitor.
Our quotes are fully itemised: materials (stone + metal), labour, finishing (plating, polishing), and packaging. Once the CAD is approved, the quote is locked — no mid-production surprises. The only variable that could adjust the price after that point is a design change you request. We believe pricing clarity is non-negotiable in a long-term supply relationship.
Yes — our MOQ is 1 piece, no exceptions. We actively encourage new partners to start with a single sample. You review the physical piece, request any adjustments, and only scale to a larger run once you are completely satisfied. A typical custom piece — from first contact to delivery — takes 12 to 18 business days. This includes 1–2 days for consultation and quote, 3–5 days for CAD design and revisions, 7–10 days for production and QC, and 3–5 days for global air shipping. Yes. Lab-grown diamonds above a specified carat weight are available with IGI or GIA certification. For moissanite, we work with suppliers providing manufacturer certificates. For smaller accent stones, our in-house gemologists provide grading documentation. We are transparent about which certification applies to each stone grade, and we recommend the appropriate option based on your price point and end customer expectations.
We send you ultra-clear macro photos and a 360° video of every finished piece before shipping. If any detail does not meet the agreed specification, we remake or correct at no charge — no negotiation needed. In the rare event that a defect is discovered after delivery and is not due to customer handling, our lifetime warranty covers a free remake or repair.
